Tech Jobs SA sells a digital service known as a Job Post Allowance. Upon successful payment, the recruiter receives the allowance and the ability to post a single job listing. The service (job visibility on our platform) is delivered for a fixed 31-day period starting from the moment the job is posted.
All sales are considered final and non-refundable once the Job Post Allowance has been used and the job listing is live on the platform. This is because the core digital service is delivered and activated immediately upon the recruiter's use of the allowance. We cannot refund payments for listings that have already been displayed to candidates.
A full refund will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
All refund requests based on the above exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@techjobssa.co.za within 24 hours of the payment transaction.
A recruiter may delete the post or request the removal of a job listing at any time; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining duration of the 31-day term.
